Moon

Poppa John called to let us know that today was the day of the year that the moon would be the closest to the earth. We had fun looking and talking about the moon tonight. Jack can now sing the entire "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" song so we had fun singing too!

Carnival Fun!

Happy Easter!

Our Easter was filled with fun family time. We were able to spend time at Papaw and Nenaw's house with Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. Then we went to Poppa and DeeDee's house where we saw Uncle Zach. We sure missed Uncle Cam, Aunt Cat, and Conner. We talked about Jesus today and Jack now says that Jesus is in the sky and loves to pray before meals. We are counting our blessings today and everyday!

Staycation

Over Spring Break we stayed in OKC and went to the zoo, science museum, McDonalds, swimming and had the best time ever! We were there on St. Patrick's Day so a leprechaun even came to see us! Love my little family!

What's cookin'?!

Hey good lookin', whatcha got cookin'? Mmmmm....I know you can smell these delicious chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven. They were so good! Jack and I had so much fun baking cookies this afternoon. He poured, stirred, and ate a few "chips" in between. Look out everyone...this boy is cute and he can cook!!!

This sweet, scary, & fierce dino wishes you a Happy Halloween! Jack and his best bud, Kuba, had a blast at the Halloween carnival. They loved chasing each other and holding hands. What special memories! I love these boys!

OZARKS!!!

Happy Birthday to me:) John, Adam, & Tasha took me to Arkansas to celebrate my 30th Birthday. We stayed in a little house on Beaver Lake. It was beautiful. We relaxed, talked, and laughed a lot. A night on the strip in Fayettville, interesting food, and a shopping spree was just what the doctor ordered. Thanks for an amazing birthday get away!

Baby Preston!

Preston Lee Adam was born on Tuesday, October 11th in the late hours of the evening. The long, long day was worth the wait for this precious bundle of joy! Preston you have the sweetest cheeks and your mommy's beautiful eyes! I love you baby boy. I love you to the moon and back!

Mandy's Baby Shower

My BFF is having a baby boy in October! Mandy picked a cute nautical theme so Misty Heard and I had a great time decorating. Mandy looked so cute with her precious baby bump. Sooo excited to meet him! Oh and the cake was soooo good! Kerri Yee made it and is opening up a bakery at 9th & Main- Frosty, The Bakery!

K-U-B-A is BACKKKK!

Kuba is baaaccckkk! We have played and played and played since he got back. It has been sooo much fun! We love our Kuba!

• My favorite treats are teddy grahams, whales, popsicles, and raisens

• Loves to be outside, play in my pool, and water the flowers
• Have 10 teeth
• Scared of the vacuum, lawn mowers, and loud cars
• Says: more, help, ball, momma, daddy, papaw, nawnaw, poppa, deedee, E.E., wawa, pop, bubble, on, off, bye,bye, hi, hello, voom, voom, no, go, GoGo, Bobo, eyes, etc.
• Makes all the animal sounds: dog, cat, sheep, horse, cow, duck, pig, elephant, lion, monkey, gorilla, snake
• Points to all his body parts
• Knows the moves to "This Little Light of Mine"
• Loves to pray at dinner time
• Wants to read books and point to the pictures
• Can recognize Daddy, Mommy, and grandparents in a picture
• Can jump and act like a plane

• Happy Father's Day to John. You are the best daddy to Jack and a wonderful husband to me. You are our rock. I love you more each day.

Fathers Day weekend was amazing. I got the opportunity to go with my Daddy to Garden Fest at the OSU Botanical Gardens. It was breath taking! Since my Daddy had a flower & garden center after he retired and I worked there, we both have a love for the outdoors and plants. This was the perfect thing for us to do together. We listened to a hilarious speaker, then I won a beautiful door prize, then we walked through the gardens, and ate lunch outside! I love you Daddy and will always remember spending this day with you. Shout out to "NawNaw" for keeping Jack for me. Jack had a blast:)

Jack the Fisherman

I went fishin' with daddy for the first time! I'm a natural fisherman...I caught a fish every time!

(The fishing pole has a plastic fish on the end:) I LOVE FISHING WITH DADDY!!!

SPLASH PAD!

We have made a discovery...the Perkin's Splash Pad! We got there early an avoided the crowd and it was so nice. Jack had no fear and ran back and forth and back and forth. Our friend, Becca, and her beautiful daughter, Olivia, joined us for some fun. I used to work with Becca and they live in Perkins so they were able to show us what it was all about. Water that sprays from the ground + a playground next to it = a little boy's wonderland! Thanks Becca and Olivia for spending the morning with us...we loved the Splash Pad!!!
